Okay so it was created in August to solve my problem of finding good quality high resolution album cover artwork to add to my music in iTunes.

It has been five months now and with about 700 people going there every month to do the same thing I can see that it is a useful site to some. - I have thought about some ways to increase the traffic.

I have gained a few quality links to build the sites reputation in google but haven't done any major promotion. The entrepreneur inside is still fairly quiet at this stage - there is a simple ad for firefox down the bottom but I have no idea if there has been any returns ( I doubt it ). There are a few ways I could monetize it but nothing spectacular has come to me yet.

Are there any updates that you can think of that would improve the service?

I think it does a good job because it is so simple and doesn't have too many buttons to get in your way. I was thinking of perhaps offering a report on how to use the iTunes Smart Playlists intelligently to build playlists that you will love - since I have recently learnt a lot about the potential they have and think that others would probably also find it useful.

Yeah well..

Just checked the stats, it got 5000 visits this month and over 31,000 searches were performed.

Go for PR its free. and can be a great exercise for a young fella to figure out how to get it and milk it for all its worth. start a viral campaign get mates to send to various tv shows newspapers magazines etc asking, Have you heard about the web site cover hunt, it great... etc... then call them yourself.

go on get creative and come up with a few options similar to that or better... then let us know how you went.
