I have two sites.But I don't know how to promote them. So please give me advice.

All the social networking sites are a pretty good place to start. Twitter, Facebook, Myspace etc etc.

Do some research into were you would find people that are interested in your site and do some advertising there.

Google adwords are also good, but this will cost you some cash.

I have some knowledge on how to come up with SEO. If you will ask how to promote your links, I suggest you to include it in your signature like in this forum. And also, you have to choose a good and interesting site to post your link, so that it will catch the attention of the readers.
